Spotless, low cost hotel with so efficient and brilliantly helpful staff.

Luxurious hotel, we loved this place.

The location was magnificent and fab for walking around a bustling market hall. This hotel was in a very comfortable area just next door to other restaurants, both metro stations and both rail stations and all 

It was a luxury place, had well-mannered staff with the manager who apologised and sent a member of staff up straight away.

It's tastefully decorated with very spacious beds and great views. Nice touch to have a balcony, a lounge, and coffee.

Their breakfast is disappointing, can be much better.

No complaints whatsoever, overall it’s really modern and very fancy place with knowledgeable staff who gave great personal service. Would love to go back, the hotel met needs.

The breakfast was varied with continental as well as freshly cooked options, and well priced. Patient staff with the manager who apologised and sent a member of staff up straight away and the location was unbeatable to event to be attended. 

I was offered a room with particularly nice views of mountains and streams. The room had a lounge and an iron. The location was magnificent because it was near town centre bars and the great shopping area and 

We stayed in very well decorated room with balcony that also had wake-up service.

1st class place with incredibly helpful staff with the manager who apologised and sent a member of staff up straight away. Comfortable location walking distance to the main shopping center and shopping centers. Found 

We truly enjoyed this wonderful relaxing hotel with well-mannered staff with great service. The location was FAVOURABLE and incredible, not far from Indigo and the 02 academy and major attractions. Furthermore, in the centre. 

Fab meals, overall everything was second to none.

The room was air conditioned & extremely pleasant with balcony, nice comfy bed plus hair dryer. The location was magnificent and perfect, close to all shops! The service was all in all exceptional. The stuffs where well-mannered & decent. 

The great and fab location was right by a bustling market hall. The hotel itself was in a lovely area, adjacent to the Indigo in Newcastle.

The staff was not very helpful.

Good sized bed, super comfy bathroom and thoughtful tea making facilities and coffee in the room. A great selection of food for a continental breakfast.

Everything was great, gorgeous staff, good views of mountains and streams. The hotel had a marvellous location quite close to a bustling market hall. Besides, it was just off train station and many restaurants and 

The hotel had a magnificent location metres from Theatre Royal. The restaurant here was nice for the meal at the restaurant, we both ordered hot dishes.
